Active Vibration Isolation System TS series (Desktop type)

Today's demanding applications require isolation in the low frequency range at 5 Hz and below.

The TS series is an advanced, fully-automatic vibration control system with turn-key installation.

Active isolation in six degrees of freedom, from 0.7 Hz to 100 Hz.
The TS features automatic height load adjustment which maintains height and level with an instrument loaded on top.


TS-150

The TS series offers great performance in a compact, lightweight package. It is an extremely high value-added vibration control system.

In the nano technology of 21st Century (i.e. advanced semiconductor representing the information related technology, life science related technologies such as gene therapy, atomic or molecular processing such as MEMS and engineering technology such as new material production), vibrations, noise, electro- magnetic fields, heat, humidity, disturbance and etc. will be inhibiting factors of the measuring environment.
In nano technology, to obtain a reliable result, an active-isolation is required in the low frequency range which are difficult to isolate with air tables.
The advanced active vibration isolation system "TS series" will support as the vibration isolation technology basis of the nano technology in the 21st century. It will contribute to the development of the present technology and measurement, creation and development of the unknown technology.

Features

Compact

The TS??series is a low profile isolation system. It offers cutting edge performance in a compact package. Depending on your application, it can be used on the tabletop or can be integrated into your existing setup. It can support loads up to 230 kg.

Lightweight

The TS series is lightweight, starting at only 18 kg.This makes it extremely easy to move and place whereever you need it.

The Easy to Use

  • The TS series provides auto leveling upon the instrument being loaded or moved. So it will maintain stability even when the load is off center.
  • When an instrument's center of gravity is high, passive air isolation systems often struggle to achieve balance. However, the TS uses a coil spring so it can easily and quickly compensate for high center of gravity loads.
  • The TS series offers an automatic??locking function to protect the system while being moved or transported. This feature can be activated with the push of a button.
  • The front display shows actual vibration levels in X, Y, and Z directions. This provides feedback on vibration levels and diagnostic information on performance of the isolation. You can also monitor the accelerometer signals by connecting an oscilloscope to the BNC connector on the back of the system.
  • The TS series is also available with a remote control box that enables/disables the active isolation.

Mounting Plates with Drilled and Tapped Holes

The picture on left shows TS-150/LP with M6-25 mm XY matrix drilled and tapped holes mounting plate. This mounting plate is made of bonded ferromagnetic stainless steel and aluminum. It is available for all three models. A customized drill hole positions are also available upon request. However, a specific tap size may not be available. For a specific surface precision, please contact us.
